The Benton House

THE BENTON HOUSE was built in 1873.  Proudly sitting in the heart of Historic Irvington, this fine example of Second Empire architecture is the former home of Allen  R. Benton, twice past President of Butler University in Irvington.  The beautiful landmark is an Irvington treasure and a historic social center for the community.​
