61st Irvington Halloween Festival

This 61st Annual Halloween Festival First Place  winning  poster design depicting the start of the Historic Irvington Parade. The Festival and Parade attract thousands of people who line Washington Street.  This National Road is closed to traffic on the day of the Halloween Festival.  Generations of Irvington families have enjoyed the day long festivities for over 60 years.
